How to redirect users to different form when they hit 'Submit'?

Hello,

I would like to know what element should I use if viewer would like to proceed on the next process. 

I wanted to put a link on the "SUBMIT" button so once clicked it will land on the next jotform template to fill out the application form.
Instead of ending on Thank you page.

Hello, As far as I understand, you would like to redirect a user to next form instead of showing Thank You message. If so, please set the link of your form as Thani You page, instructions provided here: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

I just found another solution, I just put a text box and make the word as clickable link.

This is a good solution, however I would like to mention that in this case the main form will not be submitted when a user will go to next one. If you would like to capture information entered on form https://form.jotform.me/MAXICARE/online-quotations too, I can suggest to add a Submit button, which you can rename to 'PROCEED TO ONLINE APPLICATION' and set next form as redirection link following steps provided in the guide  Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.
