How do I cancel my PayPal subscription?

Can you please suspend my account for the next 4 months?  We are a non profit and don't have any registrations going from now until April.

Please turn off the account immediately and do not charge me until further notice.

Since your payment method is PayPal so you would have to manually cancel it. Refer to these steps:

1. Login to your Paypal Account
2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.
