Yearly Payment - Non-Profit approved discount didn't work

    We just updated our credit card to get our payment updated for the new year, but I just noticed we were charged the full amount instead of the Non-Profit discount we have been approved for. 

    Can you take a look into that?

    We apologize for the inconvenience, we can see that your non-profit application was approved, but the recent subscription(id: INT190107-6219-20388B) was done at a regular price. We have canceled and refunded it. Your account has been set back to free plan.
