Why was I charged when I have cancelled the subscription?

    Why does my account keep changing plans?  I use these forms only during the months of April - June.  I have no need for a Bronze plan until then.  I downgrade my plan, then I later receive an email stating that I've made a payment.  When I check my account, it has been upgraded to Bronze.  I am the only person that knows the login info, so how is it being changed?  Please downgrade my account and can I have a refund for the last two payments?  You can check and see that the forms have not been used for several months.

    Since you are on PayPal subscription so you would have to manually cancel the subscription from your PayPal account.

    Follow this guide:

    1. Login to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.

    Once you have cancelled the subscription then you may let us know so that we may be able to refund it.
