Unable to access upload files, we get "Integrity Check Failed" error messages.

    The form has two file upload fields. When we go to view the submitted uploads (from within JotForm while we are signed in as admin), we get "Integrity Check Failed" error messages.

    We have put in support requests but have not been given any resolution.

    Turn off HIPAAA?

    So, we'd like to test to see if turning off HIPPA will correct these issues. But need to know before we do this if disabling HIPAA will have any adverse effects to the submissions already collected or to the form's abilities itself?

    I have tested the uploaded files in one of ours, and it worked fine.

    Could you please share a screenshot of the issue? We will report this to our back-end team.
