How to group submitted data fields into folder per selected dropdown list choice?

    How to group submitted data field into folders per dropdown selection.

    e.g. Companies Incentives Application Form

    Drop down list - Rejected, Pending & Accepted

    Company A - If rejected by incentive company. move data into Rejected  folder

    Company B - If application Accepted by Incentive company. Move data into the Approved folder

    Company B - If application is Pending: Move data into the pending folder.


    NB: There is any condition to apply this option

    Currently we don't have this feature to group submission data into folder.

    However, you may try Integrating your form with Google Drive.
    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

    You can select a field in your form for your Folder name.
