    Meu serviço foi bloqueado pela segunda vez em dois dias.


    Eu não posso usar a palavra "Senha" ou "Password" nos meus formularios?

    Por favor, desbloqueiem minha conta.

    Your account has been suspended since you're asking for a password here: http://www.jotformz.com/form/90145230722648 

    You have also opened a previous thread about suspension and it was for the same reason, as I have explained here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1700859 asking for passwords goes against our terms, please kindly review the answer there. 

    The guilty field has been removed from the form and your account is active now, please kindly avoid to keep asking for such information in order to avoid getting your account suspended permanently.

    Porque não posso criar um campo de senha para que só os usuários que tem a
    senha, possam acessar o formulário?

    Please note that it is not possible to create authentication form in JotForm. Creating such form violates our terms of use and will trigger our anti-phishing filter. 

    Though there is not built in feature to password protect form but with  a little workaround, it is possible to achieve your requirement.
