How can I include the Text Fields in my notification and autoresponder emails?

    I created a boudoir contract for my photography clients to sign. The contract asks for the client to enter some personal information but also includes a lot of information from me re: payment, cancellation, model release, scheduled, etc. that I want them to have a copy of.

    I did a couple test submissions to see how the form would work. Upon completion of form, an email copy is sent (which looks great) but only included in the email is the inputted areas of form. I want the client to receive a copy of the entire form with all text for their records so they can go back to refer to it if needed and when prepping.

    Can this be done and how?

    Please help.

    Hey Jessicah - You're referring to the TEXT FIELDS in your form. The NOTIFICATION and AUTORESPONDER emails only include input fields by default. If you wish to add these blocks of text fields to your email templates, copy and paste them into the EMAIL CONTENT section (step #6 on the guide below) of each email template respectively.
