Tried to change the language to spanish but it only changed the parts

I have a form I would like to keep, however, I would like the same form (form 2) in a spanish version. I tried to change the language to spanish but it only changed the parts I can see not the wording on the form.

You can actually directly edit the form in the form builder and translate/change the field questions.

Note that not all texts are automatically translated only the most common ones, you'll have to translate them manually.
