I have a question regarding a form that has several recipients set up to receive form submission notifications. Is there a way to send form submissions to the person who sent the form link?

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to send form submission to the person that is submitting the form? If so, you can use an Autoresponder Email.

In case that you want to send an email based on user's answer, please check this guide.

If I did not understand correctly, please explain in more details to whom you want to send an email.

If person A,B,C, and D send the same form link to different people, can the submission notification go to them separately. For example instead of person A, C and D receiving the submission notification meant for person B. Does that make sense?

There are few ways to achieve that.

    1. You can add a radio button or a dropdown field, with the name of persons A, B, C and D to the form and ask the users who sent them a link.

You can then use conditional logic to send the Email Notification to the person A, B, C or D.

    2. You can add a name field to the form and create 4 prepopulated links, one for each person. Each person would then send its own prepopulated link to his users. A form can be prepopulated with this app - https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

In this case, you would also have to use conditional logic to trigger the email Notification based on the prepopulated name.

    3. You can create a separate form for each person. You can clone your existing form 3 times and have a different form link for each person.

I already thought about the third option but didn't want to create that many duplicate forms. The second option sounds like it might work. Thanks for the tip.
