PDF Form is not fillable

    Hi there.

    Just created a PDF form using one of your contract templates. It's called "3MS Contract" in my dashboard.

    However, when I try to share it, there is no option for people to actually sign it and the boxes I included for people to insert their names (aka fillable boxes created especially for this) have disappeared completely.

    Why is this happening?

    Furthermore, when I go to my forms, I see only one form - the one I started to created the PDF with as a template, but no sign of my actual fillable PDF.

    What is happening and how can I share this PDF form (or link to the form I've created, instead of the one with all the wedding questions) so that people can see all the boxes, add their names and sign?

    I also cannot find the fillable PDF in your account/My forms page. You have two forms named Coaching Agreement. I cannot find 3MS Contract form. Do you still have the PDF? Please send that to support@jotform.com, add Thread ID #1713642 in the subject line of the email.

    To address your issues;

    The eSignature widget cannot be rendered in the PDF. Once the PDF is generated, the Signature area will turn into a box/line where people can insert their signature using Adobe Acrobat or any PDF editor.

    When you create the PDF using our new PDF Editor, the form will have its online form version and should be available in your My Forms page. It is shareable since the form has its own link. Would you mind checking again?
