    Hi,

I would like to ask your help on the following scenario.

    1. I had been created a registration form for an event, which also generate QR code dynamically. All fine, customer has it, no problem.

But then, customer shows up at the event, and I want to quickly check them in, so:

    2. How can I have a list generated from my Jotform submissions, and how can I  look up the person if he/she is on the list and if does, check it?

    Many thanks,

    Andras

You can download your submissions into an Excel sheet, where you can generate a list of your submissions.

After this, you can add the QR code to your Thank you page or autoresponder email and your users can bring a printout of this while attending the event, wherein you can cross check if the person is on the list.

You can check our previous thread here, which explains, how you can add the QR code into the Thank you page or the autoresponder email: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1416807
