Creating an Zapier connection Jotform and Hubspot

    hi there,

Question, I am looking for a good solution for a customer. They want to have a training submission organized by an external form tool, because Hubspot does not provide enough possibilities for that. however, we do want to have the data in Hubspot as contact properties, because we want to export the data again and start workflows.

Do you know, when using the Zapier connection, if there are creating new contactproperties in Hubspot? Or does it update existing properties? Both will help me out.

    Regards,

    Els

UPDATE (March 18, 2019): Direct integration with HubSpot is available now.

    1. Open the Form Builder

    2. Find the HubSpot CRM integration under the Settings

    3. Connect your JotForm and HubSpot CRM accounts simply by logging into HubSpot.

    4. Merge the form fields to match what shows up in your HubSpot account.

Now the online forms will deliver contacts and leads directly into your HubSpot CRM account. Additionally, you can look at this guide to learn how to integrate JotForm with HubSpot CRM: https://www.jotform.com/help/551-How-to-Integrate-JotForm-with-Hubspot-CRM

I have just tested the integration between JotForm and Hubspot and if you choose the action to "Create or update Contact" then it will update the user according to the submissions email address. For example; if it couldn't find a contact who has the same email address then it creates a new contact in your Hubspot contact list, if the submissions email address is present in your contact list then it updates the current user's name and surname.

I'll also forward this thread to our second level, but I suggest you use the available Zap in the meantime because we cannot ensure or provide an ETA when this would be implemented. Hopefully, the integration will be developed and we will let you know as soon as we get any update regarding this.

    Hi Marvin,
No problem dor using Zapier for this. I just want to make sure that I understand correctst: so I can make any contact property field in Hubspot, and then I can map a field used in the Jotform form, with this contact property field in Hubspot? And then it Will fill or overrule the existing value right?

Oke, that sounds great! ANother question: in the appendix I added a mockup of how we would like the form lookslike. I signed in in Jotform to check the possibilities. However, do you know if it is possible, to go through 4 pages in one form? See the green buttons in the mockup.
