    Dear Jotform.

    I have 2 queries:

    1. We have a registration form, where a person fills in their details.

Following filling in this form, we then send an autoresponder email to them to fill in a medical questionnaire.

Is it possible to have the 2nd form pre-populated with their name and DOB before they fill in the rest of it?

    2. There is a Form Language option in settings, which can presumably translate a form. Do we have to translate it or will it be done automatically?

    3. There is something called Smart Enable. However I am unable to see how to unlock this function.

    Regards,

    Arun

    1. Yes, that's possible. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

    2. Some of the common terms will be translated automatically in the Translation tool but the rest needs to be manually translated by you. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages

    3. That's only available on Card Form layout. It is disabled and can't be enabled on Classic Form layout.

Just a heads up, if you have any follow up questions with any of the 3, we might split them in a separate thread to avoid confusions.

    Thanks
