How to add a set number of fields ?

Hello! I am working with the form called table hosts and I need to have the 2nd  name, address, email, phone, portion as an embedded field where the person registering will just be able to click "add person" and those fields will show up. 

The number of people that will be added isnt a set number, so simply adding the fields multiple times isnt an option. 

You can use the configurable list widget to add fields when needed.
