Import PDF with static elements and turn them into fillable fields

    I've been asked to take an existing form as the report form. Fields would have to be fillable. Is that possible? Can I upload the form as a pdf and then insert fillable fields as needed to make the report form?

    UPDATE (February 22, 2019): You can also import your Fillable PDF Form to JotForm inside the PDF Editor.

    1. Click on the + New PDF tab.

    2. Select New PDF Form.

    3. From the modal, you can select Import PDF Form option:

    You can only import a fillable PDF form to JotForm. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm

    If you want to create a fillable PDF Form, that's possible. Check this page https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

    You can also add images into the PDF Editor so you should be able to mimic the sample layout you've provided

    @LaurenHewitt

    Apologies for not taking the initiative. I have escalated this as a feature request for the possibility of getting this feature implemented in the future.

    I presume you want those static elements within the PDF to turn into fillable fields when imported to JotForm PDF Editor.

    Once this is implemented, we'll let you know.
