JotForm Mac APP doesn't show all forms

    Jot form is not syncing again to out jot form app on the MacBook - We are only able to see the forms on the back end through here. - We need to be able to view forms through the MacBook app and iPads

    I have tested my JotForm APP using my Iphone and I was able to view the forms in my account.

    Can you try to re login to the JotForm APP and let us know if the issue still remains?

    I logged out and back into jot form and everything still remains at 0 - Nothing is showing

    I see that a bug report ticket about the access issue from the sub account is still open here. We will inform you once we have any updates.

    In the meantime, can you try to log in using the main account 'Elysehelene'?

    Alternatively, you may also view submissions via Safari or other browsers.

    Hi, the problem is still ongoing this morning - we need to be able to view forms through sub users of Elyse like we always have done. Thank you!

    I am very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We have already submitted 2 tickets for this case, one on your behalf here and one on behalf of main account here

    Unfortunately, we can not promise any time frame on when this will be fixed. In the meantime, please use a browser to review submissions of main account: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    Alternatively, you can log in as main account using MAC application and review responses, this should work.

    We will keep you notified with any progress on this matter.

    Good morning. Any updates? Still not able to view forms through Mac App/Ipads on sub user accounts

    Thank you for contacting us again. Unfortunately, we have not yet received an update. Both tickets were forwarded to developers with 'Important' mark, but we can not promise any time frame on when this will be fixed. We will inform you as soon as we get news.

    I'm afraid, we have not yet received news for the ticket. I will follow up with the team in charge to check if there is any update available and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Should we put in a new ticket? Is it normal for it to go this long (almost 2 weeks) without working?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we cannot give an ETA when this issue would be resolved. However, the ticket has been assigned already to our developers and they are working on this issue.

    Once they have a resolution, they will update you at this thread.

    Hello, I just wanted to send an update to say that SOME of the iPads and SOME of the phones  work when viewing jot forms on the app - but NONE of the Apps on the Mac app are pulling up (which is a main one we need to use)

    It may be possible that different accounts are used on devices you've mentioned. Currently sub users can not pull the list of shared forms with applications. But, I will deliver information you shared to our developers. I'm sorry, but we have not yet received an update for Mac app.
