Cancelled Account - Still Charged

    Hello,

    This morning I downgraded my account.  It said my next billing date was tomorrow, February 3.  After I downgraded, it showed my account as cancelled.  However, I was billed this afternoon.  When I went back to my account again, it is no longer downgraded and it shows the next billing date as March 3.  Please advise.

    It is downgraded in the account already, but you need to make sure that it is canceled on Paypal.
