Populating certain fields from one from to second form

hello,

Have a question. I have recently created 2 forms where one from will be filled out and an autoresponder with a link to a second form will be sent out at a later date. My question is how can i get certain fields from the first form to auto populate to the second form so that when i pull reports through excel i have those fields populating from the first form..

Example : I have fields : "event name" and "ise name" on the first form and need those fields to populate on the 2nd form automatically so that they don't have to fill those fields out, just whats left of the 2nd form.
