Having issues with password protected forms

    Hi, we are having issues with multiple clients, their passwords get reset all the time and we can't log in. Last client was "loganfamilydental.com/patient-forms/".

    Could you please look into it.

    Passwords should not be changing on their own.  When you say password protected forms, are you referring to submissions PDF's, conditionally password protected forms or accessing JotForm accounts in order to log in to view submissions?  Any account password changes would be listed in the account history:

    There have not been any other reported issues regarding passwords resetting on their own recently.  Let us know what you can in regards to how this can be reproduced and we can look into this further.
