Hello,
I am creating forms for a travel business. I would like clients to be able to type a response back in the form that I send so that I get their answers back. How do I do that? I have created forms already. I didn't use a template.

You can create a form > Add an email notification so when clients submits the form, you will receive their response or the data they have submitted in your form.
How to create an email notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.
Is that what you are trying to do? Looking forward for your response.

Once I send the form, I am not able to type into the form to answer the questions asked. I created my own. So, I am needing to know how to make it so the form can be typed in once I send it to a client to gather information. I have only emailed the form to myself once I published the form.
Thanks,
Lindsey

I have checked the most recent form you created (Client Information Sheet) and what it has are just headers and it has no fields.
To collect data from your respondents (clients), you need to add elements to the form where they can put in their information.
On the left of the builder page of your form, click the "Add Form Element" button.
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
