How can we send complete form data to email for HIPPA form?

Hi,

How can we send complete form data in email as a password-protected PDF attachment for HIPPA form?

We want to deliver patient appointment data collected in form to an email. Let us know how can we send it so they don't need to login to JotForm to see the detail.
