send mass email

To clarify, do you want to send a bulk email to all your submission contacts? Or do you want to send emails to multiple precipitants?

If you want to send emails to all your submission contacts, you may try to download your submissions as Excel file and copy all the email address of your form users.  You could then setup a mass email based off those addresses.

However, for future campaigns, I would recommend setting up an integration with MailChimp.

This will allow you to automatically collect the email addresses in the form and you can send mass emails to the list of collected addresses.
