Did not receive a notification on a purchase through Paypal.

    I created a form with a subscription feature and tested it outside the sandbox on myself and it worked.

    I then sold a subscription to a customer and it worked.  The third time we had a sign-up, it did not notify me through the app, through email and for some reason, even Paypal did not notify me.

    The subscription was paid in Paypal as I could verify the charge came through manually.

    Any idea why the notifications would have failed?  This is an integral part of my using this for subscriptions.

    I'm also concerned that it may not notify me if someone cancels.

    If I understood correctly you received payment on your PayPal account but you did not receive Notification and submission from JotForm. Please check if that submission was marked as Incomplete Payment.
