Hi
Hope you're well.
I've created a new form called TLL/F/11-1 Recruitment – Application.
I have set it to send a pdf attachment.
Unfortunately the output comes out jumbled up in the pdf.
Can you please have a look at what is happening or advise me how to resolve the issue.
Thanks
Darran

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
The issue is known to us and the problem was fixed by our back-end team, this should not happen again.
Could you please create a new PDF document and check if the unordered field still exists.

I have gone ahead and created a new PDF document named "new Test Document" and this document is correctly showing the Form fields order. Going forward you can use this PDF.
Look forward to your response.
Thanks.

I have filled in the form again and the pdf attached to the email is still
coming out wrong.
Is there somewhere in the form setting that I need to update to use your
new template?
I've attached a copy of the pdf I received.
Thanks
Darran

Yes, in the email settings, you would have to update the new PDF document name. I have changed the settings for you.
Refer to the screenshot below
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
