Hello I'm using an encrypted form and I have uploaded by key. It did in fact decrypt for me to view within jotform.com submission interface but as soon as I download to Excel or CSV, the downloaded file is showing the encrypted values again. How can I download the file with the values decrypted?

    Thanks,

    Ryan

There are some restrictions for encrypted forms. Excel and PDF reports are not available for encrypted submissions. All server side gathered and processed data, can not be retrieved in encrypted forms because your private key is never sent to our servers.
