Hi there!
It seems our Waxing Removal consent form for uploads to Dropbox blank. Do you know how we can correct this?

To clarify, the integration is creating a PDF document in your form and uploads the attachments when a form is submitted, however, the folder is blank?
Is it still transferring or not? If not, it's possible that you have modified the form and the integration is broken. If this is the case, you'll need to re-integrate your form to your Dropbox account.

Hi thank you!
The form still transfers into Dropbox, and the submitted form is correct in Jotform. When I open the file in Dropbox it shows the clients name and signature, however the text above is blank.

Could you please show us a screenshot of what should be displayed and the current issue where the above text is blank so we can further investigate it?

Also, if possible, please create a shared link to the folder where submissions/files have blank text so we can check it as well.

The top picture is all of the information that clients sign in consent. The bottom is what it looks like when it is uploaded to drop box. So far this happens with our Laser hair Removal form, our Micropeel and our Photofacial. So 3 separate forms.

I cloned your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/82997147737273 and tested the DropBox integration, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the PDF is showing fine:
I enabled "Show Headers and Texts" in your form:
Could you please test your form (Informed Consent Clear & Brilliant) again and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi there! The clear and Brilliant form was never an issue, it always saved correctly. The micropeel, Photofacial and Laser Hair Removal forms are the ones with the issues :)
What you did will that correct the other forms?

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
I checked all three forms and I was able to replicate the problem.
It was the alignment issue:
I did it for all three forms, please check and let us know if the issue persists.
