I have set up an Autoresponder email, however when testing the form, the email does not come through to the receipient. How can I fix it?

May I ask if you can share form link so we checked? Also, what is the address that is not getting email?
Generally, it is possible to see if email was sent out: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If email was sent, please check if it has landed in a spam folder. If so, please make sure to mark it as not spam to receive further emails properly.
