Wufoo gave me this error, when trying to put a Health Profile form on there (see attached screenshot); does JotForm have a similar limit on forms? If so, what is the limit?

Thank you for your interest in using JotForm.

You can check the details of each account type or subscription plan here on our pricing page: http://www.jotform.com/pricing.

You can only have 5 active forms within a free account. For all subscription plans, you can create an unlimited number of forms. The difference of each is the number of submissions and the upload storage one account can have.

Also, please refer the guide below on understanding of Jotform account usage and Limit.

    Guide: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you have questions or concerns on this.

    Hi Gerardw,

I think you missed the question. Did you look at / read the screen shot? It's not how many separate forms can I have (I know the limit is 5 on a free account). It's how LONG can an individual form be? What's the max number of fields / questions on a form?

We do not have a 'fields per a form' limit at JotForm. It is possible to create long forms with our form builder.

However, please note that the Widget fields usually act as apps. It is not recommended to add too many widget fields since this may slow down the form.
