How do I get the API token for just a specific form

I go to the API Jot Form Page and I am trying to find the API insturctiosn for a specific form.

It just gives me a general API Token for my account, how do I get the token for just a specific form

The form I am trying to get the API token for is MyCompleteCare Orinigal

You can generate API key specific to your account only (not forms).
