Incomplete payments

i have a question regarding incomplete payments. It does not allow me to display only the incomplete payments. How do I correct the issue to receive payment?

Incomplete payments occur when a user is redirected to PayPal (after submitting the form so he/she can finish the payment), but instead of completing, a user quits (by closing the tab/window).

At that moment, incomplete payment submission is shown and it is just for reporting purposes, you cannot charge your customers. The only way for you to charge them is for them to re-submit the form.
