Clients are not able to submit the form.

    My form is working but not letting my clients submit the form. It is mostly my phone users.

    Can you please provide us with some more details like are the user's gettings any error while submitting the form? Is the submit button visible to users? If yes then do they press this button?

    I believe they are clicking the submit button but no action is taking place. It's only when a client is completing with their phone. Also I use a wix website if that helps.

    I test submitted your form. However, I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned.

    Perhaps they think the form is not submitted because the thank you page does not show after clicking the submit button. I still have to scroll up to the top of the page before seeing the thank you message.

    Could you please try to embed the form using the iFrame method?

    Yes I receive an email each time a form is submitted..I did get your "test" response.


    Did you do test from a phone web browser? It only does it from the browser when the person is using their cell phone. I never get problems when a client does it from the computer.

    My client said she kept pressing submit but it did not do anything. Sometimes  it work but sometimes it doesn't.

    Please give more time and I will test this on the iPhone 7 and Android phone. I will update you via this thread.
