Submission PDF is not being uploaded when we reintegrate form with google drive.

Dear Suppor Team,

I have integrated drive with the form but the drive integration is broken because it is not reflecting the submission that has been in 2019(there might be few of last year as well).

I have removed the drive integration and reintegrated the drive but it is not bringing back the missing PDFs folder of the missing submissions, unlike the spreadsheet.

Right now either i have to select each individually and download it and manually add it to drive or let me know if you have other option to add the all missing submissions in drive easily.

Drive integration should work like spreadsheet integration because when I reintegrate the spreadsheet, it will reflect all the missing submissions which were not reflecting in the previous spreadsheet.

Your software is amazing and i am using it very accessively but there are many limitations as well which I am facing right now.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please note that when you integrate your form with google drive, it will not copy the submission PDF and uploads to new integrated folder. If you want the data of previous submissions to be uploaded, the only option available is to edit the submissions you have received and submit form again. Once you edit the submission and submit form again, the submission PDF file will be uploaded to integrated google drive folder.

Thank you so much for the information. This information is helpful. May I know the reasons behind the spreadsheet and drive break? I know when i integrate spreadsheet and drive with the forms and then will make any fields change in the form will cause the same.

Also, I have automated my lots of forms. Means added the conditions to some of the fields which will automatically hide few fields from the form after a certain period time. Is this also cause of the spreadsheet and drive integration break?

Please note that if you make any changes in the integrated google drive folder, that will cause the google drive integration to break. Similarly for google spreadsheet integration, if you edit or make changes in any of the column header of integrated google spreadsheet, that will also cause the integration to break.

Will removing and adding rows(unwanted submissions) from the spreadsheet cause the same?

No, deleting submission record from integrated google spreadsheet will not cause any issue. Only editing column header will break integration.

I have tried the suggested way to edit the submissions and submit it again by you. It has created the folder in drive of the submission i have edited. But i can see the tractional information(Payer info) at the end like other PDFs. Why so?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you mean to say that when you edit submission, the payer info is not being displayed in submission PDF?
