How do I get my google sheet to update when I change or update questions on the form?

Technically, when you update the form, the changes should appear in the spreadsheet file, but that would only happen when a new submission is made after the changes are saved in the form builder.

However, changes in the spreadsheet file won't reflect in the form/form builder. We also do not recommend doing the changes, especially on the labels (1st row) in the spreadsheet because doing so would break the integration in the form.

Can you share the form here? We can manually sync your submissions to the spreadsheet, but I checked your account, and you do not have a form there.

Note that if the integration is no longer working for you, you will have to remove that and do it again to create a new spreadsheet file.

I have tried to submit a form after changing it but that did not seem to work.

Can you please try re-integrating Google Spreadsheet with your Form?

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

Do note that re-integrating the Spreadsheet will create a new Sheet URL.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
