Generally, the input fields can be prepopulated by using the URL parameters. However, since you are using a Text field, you may add input fields for the values that you want to change and populate them using the URL parameters. These input fields can be hidden on the form and called from the Text field as shown in the image below:

How do I get the terms displayed on the submissions?
