Form submission emails are not being received.

    Hi - I am using the free version of Jotform, and will upgrade if it proves to be a reliable system. We are using it for employment applications. The office manager who was keeping track of the forms left, so we changed the email to the owner, but haven't received any of the applications via email in the last couple of weeks (they were recorded on the database), and we missed two potential employees. We checked the Spam folder as well, and they weren't there. Please let us know what we can do. Thank you.
