Unable to receive Verification Code for sender email wizard to Gmail

    Hi, was trying to set up new email address under Sender Email (verified). Keyed in my gmail address and clicked on "Send Verification Code", but did not receive anything in my gmail.

    I have tried testing my Gmail address in the Sender email wizard and was able to receive the code without any issue. Could you check if the email has landed in the spam/junk folders? Also, please try removing the email address from the bounce list in any case if it is there.
