I purchased more space last month and I’m still getting a message about needing more space

    You recently purchase a Storage plan, which is only to allow having more than 500 submissions stored in your account.

    If you need to have more upload space limit, you need to upgrade to Bronze, Silver or Gold plan: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
