hello I would like to know if it was possible to create a new form but that it is connected to the data of an already existing form.

For example. In the case of a team registration for a tournament.

The customer has given the first and last names of all participants.

I would like to create a form, which by entering the name and surname of the customer, appears the summary of his previous form. Then you can enter a field to sign and confirm.

    Would that be feasible?

    Luca

Thank you very much in advance!

I'm sorry, but we do not have this option in the form builder.

A workaround would be to set up the form with our Spreadsheet to Form widget. However, this is kind of a manual workaround since the list is not dynamic which means you have to update the list when new names have submitted the previous form.

So, you have to export the submissions from the previous form, and format that to contain a unique code for the names. Upload that in the widget.

Please check the below guide for the full set up of the widget:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

Also, not all fields are supported by the widget, so you have to check that first.

it took a while to figure out how to do for the unsupported fields but the result is very good! Thank you very much!
