Trying to recover a deleted submission

I have followed the directions and it is showing no history I checked all items under drop down menu.

Do you want to restore the deleted form submissions? If yes, I am afraid that once you manually delete the submissions, there is no way to restore them. The only way to get the submission data is to check the Notification emails sent for that submission.

Please note that by checking email history you can only get the submission data but you cannot restore the submission.
