Find the form I have created

how can i find the form I created. And how can i keep others from updating it

after i created it I kept the link but now when i go to job i can't find it. I sent the link to my friend who imitated copied it or something now i think the org is gone . 

She wants to see it again but i don't want her messing with it.

As for not allowing someone else to make changes to your form, if you have not given another person a collaboration link or access to your account, they should not be able to make changes to your form.
