I can't get a pdf version of my form - pdf editor just crashes each time...local tech support says it doesn't appear to be an issue on our end...

May we know if there is an error message when you try to open the PDF editor?
Can you please use another web browser in editing your PDF?

I tried to open the new PDF editor at my end and the editor page works correctly.
May we know what web browser are you using?
Can you please share to us your console report when you open the PDF editor?

I tried in Chrome and IE, and never get an error message other than the one I posted above - it just keeps spinning...however, turning off pop-up blockers corrected the issue.
