Why were you still charging me after I manually canceled my plan?

    I have canceled the current subscription on March 3rd and were still charged this month. I logged in and found out that the plan (for ±18$) was still on. I believe this is a glitch on your system and would like you to refund the past month subscription cost. We were not using your services past March 3rd.

    Our apologies. Our cancellation for subscriptions through Paypal is manual. Please cancel the subscription to your end.

    Guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription. Look for the Profile ID I-Y6U922J6JLXC from your pre-approved payments to cancel.

    Once canceled, please update this thread so we can request your refund to our billing team.
