I want the receiver to complete the jot form and then enter measurements onto an attached pdf. How can I make the imbedded pdf active?

I'm sorry, but I would suggest adding a download link for the PDF and ask people to download the file, fill it and upload it back the form. You will have to add a file upload field in the form.

The PDF is also not fillable, so maybe make that fillable first. Or, why not add the measurement in the form? These are just textboxes with images. You can do this in the form.

Thank you. Also, how do I download a group of pdfs all at once? When I
sent a zip file to my email, it didn't show it in a pdf form. I also need
all of the questions showing, not just the answers.

You can go to PDF reports of your form and bulk download as PDFs the submissions.

    Guide:
1.) Go to your form builder.
2.) Click the dropdown icon to show other menus
    3.) Click the PDF Editor
