Form is not complete on preview

    I have finished creating my form. But when I preview it, half of the fields are missing. How can this be remedied?

    I tested the form you mentioned and I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you please check and confirm if the issue persists on your end?

    Here is a screen shot of what I see in "edit" mode:

    Here is a screen shot of what I see in Preview mode. You'll notice it is missing most of the form I created in edit mode. Please help:

    Attached is a PDF showing the form in Edit/Build Mode, and one showing the forn in Preview Mode. The preview of the form does not have the complete edit. What is going on?

    Thanks for your detailed description. We didn't receive your PDF attachment. However, we don't need that for now.
    I have inspected your form. There are no directly hidden fields. But too many conditional hidden fields. Please look at these conditions. There are lots of errors.
    Form is not complete on preview Image 10Just three of them do not have an error. Please remove conditions with error and re-create them. It may also be useful to check the three conditions that work properly.
