How to clear previous entry for the user to submit the form again?

I know this is a fundamental feature but I simply can't find the answer in the FAQs.

After a user input the data in the fields and click submit, she is presented with the Thank You page.  What does the user do at the Thank You page besides clicking the 'back' button?  For example, is there a way to embed a button for user to submit another form and be presented with a fresh clean form without the previous data?
