    As this account will be shared with my team, could you help change my user name from "nuttaputch" to "dotsth"

    There is no option for us to change the username on Paypal, so you will have to cancel the subscription first and re-upgrade later. 

    To cancel, please follow our steps here https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription. The Profile ID to cancel under your Preapproved payments on Paypal is I-VBPGCCR23X3K. 

    Please inform us here after so we can change the username and at the same time, request the refund of your current payment to our billing team.
