Need to send form once is filled to a different email address than my own

Hi,

I like JotForm but I have a task that do not know how to accomplish with your tool.

I am in charge of a web page as a service for people of my municipality. The need arises for citizens to send personalized letters to their local government using a posted form on a web page.

I realize that you may send notifications to different recipients, but may I send the filled out letter to a given email address?

Yes, you can do that in Jotform. You only need to edit the email template and change the email address of the recipient in the recipient box. Guide below:

Note that you are on the free plan, so you can only add one recipient in each form. If you need to add two or more, you need to upgrade the account to any of our paid regular plans.
