Is there a way to just clear the form after the data is submitted?

I have created a form to report yellow and red cards in a soccer game.

Is there a simple way to submit a report and have it clear to do an additional report?

ie submit another report ( which would submit current form and clear form for the next entry)

I'm sorry, but it is not possible in our form builder. It's either you will have to ask people to reload the form to submit a new one after getting the thank you message page or redirect the form to its URL.

So, copy/paste the form URL in the Thank You URL settings.
