I would like to add an option to upload a picture on my form

could you please advise how to add an option to upload a picture on my form? I'm creating a business directory for our community and business logo should be a part of the form.

You can add a logo to the header of your form.

If you want to add an image inside the form then you can use the image element under the basic tab of form elements.

For upload picture, we have an upload tool that you can use.
